Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT is a flexible approach to changing maladaptive or rigid ways of thinking and feeling. It looks closely at how the person thinks and acts in order to help him overcome both behavioural and emotional difficulties. The interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours is at the core of CBT.
